Quality Management
The management of the Company like other market-oriented companies was one of the first to recognize the importance of introducing and accrediting the quality management system in order to maintain and improve its competitiveness.

According to the principle announced in the quality policy the accreditation company has been chosen: we chose the internationally well-known SGS accreditation company.
 
Steps for improving the system
Our management system was established based on the modification and improvement of the management system standards while extending it to the new producing units, as well.
In compliance with the European practice we integrated and accredited the Environmental Management System in 1998 and the Health Protection and Safety Management System in 2010.
 
Ensuring ongoing development
Our Company realizes its mid-term quality goals by carrying out several quality programs for which we ensure considerable financial resources every year.

We regularly assess the satisfaction of our customersin order to reveal the fields which need improvement and its strengths according to the discretion of our customers.

We register and analyse the customer complaints. We focus on investigating the complaints efficiently and in a professional way. Our colleagues took part in a training aiming at learning the methods to reveal the reasons of the complaints. In order to unitedly handle the complaints on corporate level and reduce the investigation period - as an independent job title – we appointed a complaint-managing colleague. Complaints are analysed from different point of view by setting up multifunctional teams.

Control, investigation
Our processes and its effects on the environment, health of the colleagues and safety – besides the optimalization of costs – are observed by laboratory examinations. We accredit the quality of our end products by actual measuring data and all-time customer demands.
We check our material flow and qualify our products by applying 700 different methods (ISO/ASTM/DIN/MSZ/BC own). For ensuring quick and accurate results we have modern, well-equipped (LC-MS, GC-MS, IPC etc.) laboratories.
In case of 216 measuring methods we have NAT accreditation which is in compliance with MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
 
Our professionalism and experience is proven by participating in national and international cyclometries.
 
The internal investigation of our integrated management system is done by independent and professional auditors with the involvement of EHS auditors. During the audits we highlight on doing corrective and preventive activities and spreading best practices. We check the completion and introduction of measures created for correcting the detected errors.
 
Availability of information
Due to the opportunities of the information technology the regulations on integrated management system are available on the Intranet for our colleagues.
We aim at supporting as many activities / procedures by information technology as possible.
 
Some of the important ones from this is as follows:
·         handling customer complaints,
·         handling complaints as regards our bought materials/services,
·         qualifying our suppliers,
·         keeping record and analysing checking plans and measuring data,
·         attending measuring and examining equipment.
